		<description>Hey you know that water he&#039;s using, it&#039;s called sou water. Meaning it has Vinegar in it you what vinegar is? A natural disinfectant. You know what the towel is soaked in sou water. Holy crap that means they must have crazy clean hands. You keep your hands wet at all times when making sushi. The water you keep them wet with has a natural disinfectant so guess what their hands are flipping clean!!!!</description>
